DDP Free

I understand that if you book within the certain days in Aug and Sept, that you will recieve the DDP for free... is the DDP Delux an extra charge or if you select that plan is it free with your booking as well?

Yes the DxDDP is an extra charge, you only get the basic plan for free. I thought about upgrading just because it would be the best time, but it is still a substantial cost on top and I know we would never eat all of that food. Maybe when the kids are a bit older and we can enjoy the signature places more.

The upgrade to DxDP during free dining is $32 for adults and $10 for kids. We're going during free dining too and are thinking about upgrading as well. We're doing CRT oop with the regular DDP. If we upgrade to DxDP, we can use the TS for CRT, HDDR and SoA. We'll also be able to add 3 character meals, a few more TS, appetizers and extra snacks for a price difference of $650.

We upgraded to the DxDDP. We just had to many places that we wanted to go to and it is so nice to have TS meals.

Upgraded here to Deluxe because we wanted to try out more signature restaurants. I'm sure, dollar for dollar, we're not saving much by doing this versus paying out of pocket, but it makes it easier for planning.
