DDP for a special needs child?

Just a note, "choices" such as vegetarianism, are not covered by ADA only needs based on disabilities as defined by ADA.

Many might consider not offering these choices discriminatory, but there is no law that defines it as such.

i agree. guess I worded it wrong. you are not forced to purchase a dining plan with meals you either can't or CHOOSE NOT TO eat.

Once it is wrapped up in an all inclusive package it is viewed more strictly say on an American flagged cruise line, otherwise it would have the effect of denying the broader accommodation.

We're not talking about an all inclusive vacation. We're talking about a resort reservation (hotel) with OPTIONAL add-on features such as a dining plan. Disney even allows people to bring in their own food and not pay them a single penny for food. This is all done very a-la-carte. Every single person who goes to WDW has a choice about which features to purchase. Every single person who goes to WDW has to meet the purchase requirements for these a-la-carte features.
