DDP first timers!!! How does this look?

This is our first time on DDP! I've got ADR's for all of TS meals, but don't have a clue about where to eat for CS that isn't the typical "hamburger meal" We have always eaten these, and only these! I need some more variety We are 4 adults 11/26-12/2 and 2 adults 12/2-12/5.
Here's what I've got booked, give any and all advice pls and TY!

11/26 Arrive Sanford Airport around 4pm then check-in at ASMu
MK w/ EMH's
Crystal Palace at 7:50

11/27 First full day
Epcot w/ AM EMH's
Coral Reef at 5:10 including CP at 8:15

11/28
AK w/ PM EMH's
Boma at 4:30 Animal Kingdom Lodge
First time visiting this resort!

11/29
MK w/ AM EMH's
Liberty Tree Tavern at 2:45
Will linger around until the characters begin arriving at 4

Epcot w/ PM EMH's
Chefs de France at 6:10
Not soooo excited about this...what do you suggest? The other couple is early eaters!

I'm going to call back to see if I can make this a Fantasmic Package.

Should I switch 12/2 and 12/3 to take advantage of PM EMH's at MGM? Aren't the resorts also alot busier on Sunday's with check-in's? Also worried about the France meal!?!

Many of the CS choices may be the typical "hamburger meal" but if you look around you can find more choices including salads, wraps, pizza, subs, chicken, etc. We loved the turkey panini at Pinnochios in MK last trip but it's no longer on the menu. Pizzafari at AK offers both italian and chicken sandwiches as well as a caesar salad with chicken. Flame Tree BBQ offers several BBQ sandwiches but the line was long there last trip. Catalina Eddies in MGM offers a similar menu to Pizzafari and Rosies is next door and offers burgers and a chicken strip meal that my kids liked. Epcot has too many CS choices to list. MK has Tommorowland Terrace Noodle Station with beef & broccoli and chicken teriyaki meals that my kids like. Check out the menus on allears.com and look around for more options. Good luck.

I wouldn't worry about Le Chefs. I have seen as many good reviews as not. I chose it for us based on the overall positive reviews I read as well as the menu. Remember, you never know if these are "glass is half empty" people, And ANYONE can get a bad meal/bad server at nearly ANY restaurant. I have had 2 meals in my life I consider BAD. And we eat out A LOT. (and I am not an overall fan of fast food...not bad meals, just my preference)

Everything looks great my only suggestion would be if you are looking for a fantasmic package at mama's try booking it for lunch we found very little time after our dinner ADR like we had to rush to Fantasmic. So next time we will eat lunch there and the backlot express for dinner and take it with us to eat at the show.

Cosmic Ray's in MK has a Combo meal chicken /ribs ,mashed potatoes and veg fot 1 cs and it's enough to share!!

It is really easy, IMO, to avoid the burger & fried CS rut at Disney. At Magic Kingdom, Columbia Harbour House has tuna and veggie sandwiches. Main Street Bakery has cold sandwiches and awesome pastries. At Epcot, everyone raves about the selection at Sunshine Seasons, which has Asian food, sandwiches, and a number of other things. Animal Kingdom has Flame Tree BBQ, which has rotisserie chicken and BBQ sandwiches, and a BBQ chicken sandwich I really liked. MGM isn't a great park for food selection, but we enjoy Pizza Planet, which is just pizza & salads.

We were there 2 weeks ago and loved to use our CS meals at The Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney!!
