DDP enhancements

They did actually stop the use of changing qs over to snacks,
All cms where told to not allow it, but some still did.
We got around it by getting the drink and snack and saying to put it through as a meal, and some cases they was fine with doing that.
I know alot of people complained about losing money on qs,and I imagine that's why they brought it back and made it official

We won't lose money because we've got the free DP, but we always have a lot of QS credits left when we leave. So this will work out really well for us! I'm sure that one of my DDs will use the credits for funnel cakes!
