DDP & DDxP Question

I'm having a wedding this Aug at Disney and I'm trying to understand the DDP changes from last year. Last year they just dedicated the number of people from the card whenever we ate out. This year I'll be rooming with my mom and DFi will be rooming with the best man. I was thinking of getting DDxP for my room and DDP for DFi's room. I know I cant share with people not on DDP but can I use up my DDxP first? Lets say the 4 of us went to 1900 Park Fare, can we use 4 ts from my DDxP.

No you can't. They will only allow you to use two DxDDP meals (with appetizer) at a time.

That may not be such a bad thing though, because you can order two appetizers for the table to share, everyone gets an entree and everyone gets a dessert (as well as a non-alcoholic beverage)

You may find it to be the perfect balance between too much and not enough food.
