DDP CS Question

We used the DDP last year and have gotten it again for our trip in September. Last year we were able to order anything off the CS menu for our kids. Is this still the same? We only did it once or twice because some places just don't have much choice for the kids and my DS didn't want one of the 2 or 3 choices they had. I'm just trying to loosely plan our CS and didn't know if we should take the kids menus into account or if we can order adult meals if needed again?

The rules state that children 3-9 must order off the children's menu, where available. However, it doesn't seem like that rule is enforced by the CMs. The rule hasn't changed, so it will be up to the CM at the CS restaurant as to whether they will require you to follow the rules. As an aside, I recall some recent trip reports where children were allowed to order off the adult menu at CS restaurants, so it seems as if the CMs are still lax regarding enforcement of that rule.
