DDP at other Disney Properties

This may be a dumb question, but ...

Next spring my family and I will be spending 4 days in WDW and 3 days at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Does Disney offer DDP in Vero Beach, too or only at WDW?

Disneyland has a form of it, but it is apparently more like the voucher system that was in place before WDW started the DDP as it is now.
