Hello all, we will be doing our first DVC trip next month and the kiddos are filled with excitement, well us grown ups as well.

Has anyone ever use the undercover tourist for park passes? How do they come, in card form (like a key card), or in ticket form.

We will be doing the DDP and did like how our room key had the dining plan, park tickets and room key all in one. This seemed very easy to carry around.

So I guess my key and DDP would be together and we would have park tickets aside.

Thanks

PS- Was your experience with undercover tourist a good one?

UT is great, in my opinion, and the opinion of many other DISers.

They send Tyvek (paper like) tickets, the same exact ones they sell you at the parks.

As for getting them added to your room key, that has been possible in the past, but it seems that right now it is not as some result of the new reservations system that the resorts are using. I would ask at check-in though, maybe they will have that fixed by then.

To be honest, my family likes separate tickets. Makes it easier for the FP runner to keep them in their pocket or wallet or whatever, while not preventing anyone else from using their KTTW card from charging something.

We've had good experiences with UT as well. Our tickets in November were plastic. And we liked having separate ones as well. Didn't have to worry about my hubby leaving our room key at the fastpass terminal (yes, it happens!)

On our previous trips, we had everything on our KTTW cards. Two trips ago, we bought tickets from UT and had them added to our room keys at the concierge desk. This past trip, we both bought annual passes and did not add a credit card to our room key. I thought that keeping everything separate would be totally awkward, but it really wasn't bad at all.

And I LOVE UT :thumbsup2 They have been great to work with, and we will use them for my MIL's ticket for our upcoming trip. Since we're doing a split stay, I think we'll just keep her ticket separate, too.
