I am going to Disney with the deluxe dining plan is it ok to use the dining plan for a meal while at the same time paying out of pocket for my sister.

Yes, you can purchase a meal out of pocket for your sister. Just tell the server how you will pay for each meal.

I have done this before and what the waitress did was just gave my cousin a separate bill. My friends and I went down to Disney for a girls trip and last minute my cousin decide to come hang with us for the day and we had dinner reservations....so when we went to the resturant we told the waitress and she just gave her a separate check...very easy!

No my sister is staying at a different Disney hotel. We intend to meet up and spend time together and then part so we are not on top of each other.
