DDP and Food and Wine Festival

Does anyone know how the DDP works with the Food and Wine Festival? Is it worth it to do the DDP if you like to sample food from the different countries?

Last year many food items under $4 were available for a SC. We had shrimp on the Barbi at the Australia pavilion. Shrimp great, barbi what is that stuff
Will be there Sept 30 so I better save some SC cause that is our last day.ME and DW have less the 1 day till our plane lifts off to hopefully sunny Florida and POP with DDP.
