DDP and Candlelight Processional

I am wondering if all of the tiers are 1 TS credit. Can someone who has done this help me out please?

in 2007, all tiers were only 1 TS credit. We went to the CP last year and had dinner at the new Italian restaurant!! One of the best meals I've ever had in Disney!!

I believe that since they started the DDP, all of the dining options are 1 TS credit.
