DDP add on?

With all the threads about DDP I just wanted to ask a quick question.

If I've booked with Virgin have I got to add this through them or can I book direct with Disney stating travel dates and POFQ?

Just wondered as I know Virgin charge more than Disney. Although I do get 10% off so that would help?

Just thought I'd get all the facts before deciding.

£19 for Quick service, £24 for Regular plan. FVC will get upto 10% off.
Isn't that same as Disney.co.uk by phone to add on after? cheaper if you add when booking.

Virgin work out cheaper at the moment with the exchange rate. This years DDP is around $40, so virgins 24 pound is a good price.

Has anyone got it at this price by phone? I know thats the price if booked at same time as package online but to add after people have been quoting an extra £5/day

I personally think it all depends on when you call and whether you have a flight inclusive package or not.

When we 1st tried to add called at the weekend and didn't speak to the usual Disney UK/Openride UK call centre - this call was quoted £19.99 QSDP & £24.99 DDP. Called then on the monday - back to usual UK call centre and hey presto £15.99 QSDP & £19.99 DDP. - these are also the prices that are shown on internet for new bookings.

Can't confirm which is right or wrong?! Could be that as Virgin own Openride who deal with all the bookings for Disney UK packages that at weekends it's falling to the Virgin call centre - hence the difference.

Needless to say we booked at the cheaper price -
