DDP 2008 - Help! How many credits?

We are going to WDW June 4-13 (10 days/9 nights) staying at the Wilderness Lodge . We will be on the deluxe dining plan. From what I understand, we get (per person) 3 TS/CS credits and 2 snack credits, which I am not sure is based on the # of days OR the # of nights. .
I called Disney Dining but the CM didn't know . So I came to the experts on the DISBoards for advice. Based on the length of my stay, will I receive a total of 27 TS/CScredits and 18 snack credits (based on 9 nights) OR 30 TS/CS credits and 20 snack credits based on 10 days? Thanks SO much for your help and advice. Its greatly appreciated!

I believe it's based on the number of nights of your stay, but the credits don't expire until midnight of the day you check out, so you could carry some over to your 10th day.

I had a question too about the DDP...not to change subjects sorry!!...

..my family is coming down to visit me in Feb while i do the CP. I already got approved for several days off and we are going to be staying at either POP or Beach Club (depending on dads change of heart lol). Their park tickets will be free b/c of me working but can we still do the DDP. We're staying on property but not buying tickets.

..i called WDW Dine and the lady said the park tickets have nothing to do w/the DDP, the nites of stay depends on it....is that right?? everywhere i look says you have to buy at least a 1 day ticket?????

10day/9nights for 2 people=

3TS x 9 nights = 27TS
2 snack credits x 9 nights = 18SC


So if you pool your credits you're gonna have

54TS/CS credits and 36 snack credits.

No it is not right, you have to be on a package including at least One day base ticket for each person on the reservation and all persons must be on the plan.

The website says it is the number of NIGHTS so you would have 27

ya thats why I was kinda unsure about what the WDW Dine lady said cuz i explained to her that we will not be buying tix unless we have to for the DDP and she said the tix have nothing to do w/the ddp but with the number of nites stayed ...so i guess we will just make the ADRS and then I will call back in Jan w/the DDP details when I book the room lol
