You can only buy it by phoning them with either an activated annual pass or an annual pass voucher.

Best bet is to ring the Disney Central Reservation Office and order it as the postage is cheaper than online at disney.com. The link given above should have all the details you need.

sorry i dont mean to come across as dumb but have you done this before? and i take it you can buy even though i live in britain? i have been to florida twice but this would be the first time we have went for the dde or annual pass. thanks

Yes I bought our Annual Passes in August 2004 and then the DDE in May last year for the second visit as the first was in Oct 2004 when DDE was not available to AP holders
