I think it is worth it so long as you know what you will be spending. We area family of four, all considered adults and we broke even after the first three TS meals. DVC discount for the most part, as well as AP discount for the most part are for 10% off, no alcohol, only entress, etc. Very much mroe restrictive than teh flat 20% off everything with DDP. FOr example, we used the DVC discount at Yak & Yetti--it was only good for the percentage off of entrees only--not off soft drinks, apps, desserts only entrees! The DDE was not good there at all so it still saved $ but not as much as the DDE would have!
The rule of tumb for foodcourts is if ther eis not a full service restaurant at that resort it is good in the food court--therefore good at All stars, Pop and POFQ.
I personally will love vacation next year--the AP's are leftover from this year, the DDE is leftover from this year and the DVC room is all paid for--love that second (third, fourth) vacation afther the AP purchase!!
