DDE questions?

I am thinking about getting the DDE card for our trip in June. Can you use this card at the little carts that sell alcohol in Epcot? or the Pub in England? I am mainly curious about the World Showcase and where I an buy drinks for the discount.

not even at most lounges or bars.

at the restuarants on the list yes.

Unless it has changed, it is good at the pub, but not the carts.
