DDE Question about ID

Hi everyone, My grandmother lives in FL. and will be going to Disney with us in July/Aug. Would it be worth it for our group of 8 to buy the DDE. If so will she have to show a drivers licence at each meal? She hasn't had one in a while but I know we could get her a poto ID made before then if we need to. Thanks in advance.

It would probably be beneficial. She can use the discount for the group, but she'd have to be present with you at the meal. ID is usually not necessary, but she will need proof of residency in order to get the card, so getting her a photo ID might not be a bad idea in general.
