DDE meal plan - WHAT is it ?

I understand DDE is only for A/P ticket holders.

We are devating between A/P tickets and 10 park hoppers.

We like the MYW meal plan.

How is DDE - what do you get ?

DDE is a discount card for Dining at Disney restaurants. It is not good at counter service areas, except at AK, Coronado Springs, POP and All Stars, since they have no full service or buffet restaurant. The discount DOES apply to alcoholic beverages.

You only need one AP to get the DDE card for $50.00 and it gives you 20% off meals. My mother and I saved $43.00 in just 4 days.

Actually, the DDE card is now availabe to anyone. It is $75 to anyone and $50 for Annual Passholders.
