Does anyone know if the specific blackout dates are posted anywhere? Our trips home are generally dung Spring Break/ Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas, I'm trying to determine if we'll benefit from DDE. If the blackouts are just limited to the actual Holliday we still may benefit in the long run. I'd appreciate any specific info. Thanks.
