DDE for international annual passholders as well?

Hi everyone,
I read everywhere that it takes quit some time to reach DDE and because my phonecall will be an international one I just want to ask you first. Maybe someone knows the answer...
Can someone from overseas who has a PAP order a DDE-card as well?

I don't know for sure, but why wouldn't you be entitled? You are an AP member, all you need.

I just signed up for the DDE card the other day. Very easy. Just asked my name, didn't need card #.

I ordered one last Thursday (I'm from the UK) but the phone charges will be bad! No mention of how much extra the shipping will be so we will see.
