DDE Cards arrived in the wrong name.

Our DDE cards arrived today, and they have spelt our surname incorrectly, and it is now nothing like our name and DH's name is Roger and they have spelt it Rodger. I will call them but we arrive on the 2nd August so I doubt there's time to get replacements now. Are you asked for ID much so will we be able to use them?

I was asked for a photo ID once during our recent 10 day trip. I would suggest calling/or e-mailing DDE and letting them know of the error. They may have you pick up temporary cards at EPCOT.

Ok thank you. I will call, but I don't think that I will send the wrong ones back because if you were only asked for ID once then hopefully they should be accepted. Also I have a written confirmation letter in the right names, so they would have to be pretty picky not to realise that it isn't our mistake.

We were there in may and were asked for photo id EVERY time we used the DDE. Of course, we only had the letter, not the actual card. You could ask them to send a letter with your name spelled properly to epcot's guest relations, then you'd have both in case there is a problem.

Yep that's a good idea. We have an AR for the GFC on our first day and had intended staying in the MK all day, but I guess it would be worth the park hop to get it sorted. I will call Disney tomorrow.
