DDE card?

I would like to get the DDE card on June 15th when we arrive. We will go again at the end of July in 2009. Do you think it will still be valid? I have heard of some getting the card at Disney and it expired more than one year later (I think it was 14 months). It would certainly be worth the $65 if we can use it both years but maybe not for just one year. Thanks!

Ours was about 13 months when we got it at DTD. You should be able to ask someone at Guest Relations when buying your card, when it would expire. If it will cover your next trip, go for it. FWIW.
