DDE card changes since March?

I can only find a list of current restaurants as of March. On this list is Cinderella's Royal Table. I thought I read this was removed from the DDE. Are there any other restaurants that have been removed or added. I did a search but came up with nothing. Thanks for you help!

The only other that I'm aware of is Wolfgang Puck Cafe

I just received my DDE card yesterday and the list with it still has CRT on it.
