DDE and exchange certificate?

Can I get the DDE with a Fl resident seasonal exchange certificate or do I have to wait until I exchange it and get the AP?

Can't you get the DDE card simply because you are a Florida resident? I know that a regular annual pass voucher is okay so I assume your voucher would be okay too

Florida residents can get it at any time. AP's actually need to have the annual pass in hand to get the card. You can generally pick up a letter at Epcot guest relations if you need to order the card while you are at Disney. This letter will act the same as a card until yours arrives.

Actually, you don't have to have the actual ap in hand. I got mine with my exchange certificate.
