DDE and CRT...

I just ordered the DDE card today, but had an existing CRT PS booked for April, in which they took a deposit over the phone to secure.

Anyone know how the DDE discount is applied in this instance? After I get to CRT and show them the DDE card will they just take 20% off the total bill, then minus the deposit we already paid?

I had called WDW DINE tonight on the advice of the woman at DDE and the CM was very rude to me. So, I'm not too confident on this one.

CRT is on the list DDE sent me last month when I renewed my card.

When they bring you the bill you give them the card. The server will return with a "corrected" bill which shows the discount on the fees. Since you have made a deposit, the amount of the deposit will be subtracted. Then you pay any amount which is due.

Please note the following: Your tip should be computed on the pre-discount price. They will compute that tax on the discounted amount.

Hubby is always generous with tips so I'm sure he'll tip accordingly. I always let him handle the money on our trips. I'm pretty cheap! Always looking for the best deal...
