DDE and AP Exchange Voucher

I hope this is the correct board for posting this. My question: can I order Disney Dining Experience card with an annual pass exchange voucher. I am in the UK and cannot activate my pass until I arrive in Orlando, but I want to order the DDE card before I arrive. Thanks

I can't answer you questiosn directy, but I can tell you what we did.

We ordered the DDE card when we arrived, you can pick a temp card up from Epcot guest services (outside the park) after 5pm on weekdays, the same day that you order it. If you do it that way you get a longer date until expiry, we wnded up with 14 months worth as the expiry date is 12 months after the date it is issued and they round it up to the end of the month.

It used to be you had to have an active AP to order it, but from what has been said (so not 100% sure) it can be ordered on a voucher.

You can order the DDE card as long as you have the AP voucher. They will need the entire string of letters and numbers at the bottom of the voucher, which BTW, identifies the issuing location, terminal number, date issued and sequence number.

Yep. That's exactly how we did ours.

We did it that way as well. In fact, the rep was very helpful in telling us when to order the card to maximize the time it was valid. We received ours in about 2-3 weeks.

I ordered our DDE card with just our voucher in hand. You just need the numbers off the back. This is our second time purchasing a DDE card. We saved so much money last year.
