DDE and ADR's

If you're using the DDE do you have to let Member Services know when you make the ADR's or can you just let the server know at the restaurant? We have already made our ADR's for July and are now thinking of getting the DDE card.

You really don't need to let anyone know. It may be easier if you are paying cash to let the server know at some point, so when the bill comes it will be the "final" bill.
For us, we use the room charge feature, so we just give the server the room card AND the DDE when the first bill comes. The server takes it back, the discount/gratuity is applied, and we get the final bill to sign.
