So...just had this show up in my email.
For those of you who aren't technical, there are a few key pieces of information to tell if an email is legitimate or not.
From: who sent the email
To: is it addressed to me
Well, this email says it's from fayishanabeela@gmail.com
It says it's to: pbrown4480@att.net (not my email address)
It then says to send resume to cockersantina@yahoo.com
Email itself:
Our Company is getting back about application on a Careers Builder.
We have seen that you match our conditions for position of Purchasing Specialist.
Your salary rate is $92,200.00 to $117,800.00 a year for a long term employment.
Post background:
The individual is responsible to identify, initiate, negotiate, control and manage local and global sources to deliver needed materials and service needs for regular buyers and company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties consist of (but not limited to):
- Manage supplier contacts and discuss price, conditions and lead time
- Receive shipments and classify materials properly
- Evaluate purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders
- Control and pre-plan transactions, markets, forecast appropriate changes and other
- Look over logistics to be sure of materials timely shipment with all documentation required
Valid driver's license, driver background and ready access to an insured vehicle is required.
Please, add your Resume if you are interested to this email: cockersantina@yahoo.com
All Resumes will be reviewed and only people who match our hiring criteria will be reached.
Notice Only candidates with resume will be considered.
So, I'm debating about sending a bogus email to them with a resume for Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse.
Man, I hate spammers and scammers! Especially when they're trying to prey on someone looking for a job....that person could be unemployed and have to deal with this garbage.
