Morning chaps from a bright and glorious London. 12 hr schlep from the south coast yesterday, the missus is sick, so laundry from vacation and park on the agenda, before I settle down to the Champions league final. I guess I will be a bit like watching 2 people you don’t like fighting. You don’t want either of them to win, but you’ll watch in case one of them gets battered.
Have a great Saturday boys, I’ll be in your time zone tomorrow. Or some of you.
I followed his sage advice from the video I posted. There is no way I will fall into the “just get me a card” trap....again
Morning All,
beautiful morning here, about to head to the pub with DW for some breakfast and then on to the grocery store to restock.
Have a good one!
I’m not sure about the Geological make up of Madrid, but some kind of sinkhole is unlikely, unfortunatelySo, you're hoping for a tie and a lot of injuries?
Little far east of my area...Look out for my little plane while you’re at work tomorrow afternoon....
Nice! Sounds like a great time.Afternoon from a sunny Westfield NB. DD and I are dirt bike riding this afternoon.
That’s what I mean. If you see it, have a word with the pilot.Little far east of my area...![]()
If I see it... there'll be F18s right alongside. That’s what I mean. If you see it, have a word with the pilot.
Have a good day at work mate....
Boston, and then on to Connecticut (or however they spell it) and then back to Boston for a day or so.
cheers buddy. Do you have a day off today?
No time to hop on a quick Southwest flight down to Orlando for a day?
They have pubs in Canada? Shocking.
Good fixins there buddy. Hope you made it home OK. I’ll pick up the Biz travel baton, in the back of a car on my way to Heathrow.Hello gents, I’m just in Montreal airport on the way home after my conference in Houston. I have nothing exciting to report from the trip. I can give you details but all I could describe is the conference room, hotel room, hotel bar and restaurant. It was work focused and no free time. I was in an industrial area which was “on the wrong side of the tracks” and not advisable to go out walking in the evening to take in the non existent sights.
I did manage to get to Gatlin’s barbecue which was on Mark’s @Captain_Oblivious recommended Texas Monthly list. It was very good and I’m really glad I made it to a bbq place since it’s not the kind of restaurant I get at home. I’m getting meat sweats just looking at the picture again. If you’re wondering that’s brisket, pulled pork, and spare ribs with baked beans and mac and cheese on the side.

Then I might get some days off. We'll see.
