Trick Question...
It's me and my best gal's 25th Anniversary.

By default, it's gonn'a be a good day.

Oh, and by the way...
Howdy fellas; long time no talk.

Happy Anniversary!!

Okay... What is 420? I guess I should know this, and I am sure at one time I did(most likely from when I was in college) but I have forgotten.

April 20th. :rotfl2::rotfl2:

I think some group in San Francisco made it their national weed day a few years ago and since then people have continued to use today as their day. Something for everyone I guess.

Morning Guys! Been a few days since I've been able to get on. The basketball tourneys keep coming every weekend. Baseball season in full swing and DD softball starts Monday. On Saturday I got to grill for 100 people after DS game. I think I'm still flipping burgers in my sleep. :lmao::lmao: The weather finally feels like spring here in the northeast. Still gets windy and cool, but mostly sunny, warmer days. Marathon day was fun. Red Sox game with the family (although they choked it away to Brent's Blue Jays), cheering the runners as they head down the final quarter mile of the marathon and dinner in Boston.

Good morning all. Early morning basketball game with youngest dd, losing bracket tournament weekend. It seems like everyone wants to play guard. I wish she would let me teach her a post game.

That's the game now my friend. 3 point shots and lay ups. I resisted as long as I could. It's about shooting and fast break, no more half court offense. DD has started her transition to the guard positions. 5'8" and strong in the post, but hitting that trey gets the crowds excited.

Morning gentlemen. Its been awhile since I stopped by. I was over at the DLR board and thought drop in.

Saturday DW decided to rip out the whole flower bed since the grass and weeds had taken over. My back is still mad at me. On my honey do list for the week I am supposed to paint the outside doors and trim and clean out the garage and get some stuff cleaned up to sell. All that with a trip that's three weeks away. I'm so ready to head to California.

Hey Corey. Welcome back. Just remember that if that list is ever finished, your not needed anymore.

Morning folks.
Start of a long stretch of work. Next day off is May 4.

That's like almost 3 weeks?:eek::faint::sad2::sad2: I can feel a flu coming on.:D

Top O the Mornin Dads! Been a bit quiet around here the past few days, something I did? 2 Disney related trips (WDW & DCL) coming up now in less than 90 days is keeping me going these days. Also keeping me going of course is the family - the boy graduating HS in 4 weeks, DD wedding in just a bit over a year and us starting the process to do a kitchen remodel. Need some lottery tickets :-)

Doing the same for the same reasons - listening to Sorcerer Radio here.

Good to see you around Rob. Congrats to your son on graduation. We are in the planning stages of a new bathroom on the 1st floor. DW playing lottery daily in preparation.

Listening to Mouseworld Radio right now. Will switch over to Sorcerer in the afternoon.

You did get to see a pretty good game. I watched at my desk and I think I managed to pick you up on screen once.

I tend to start feeling it after 20 or so in a row.

I haven't worked 5 full consecutive days for close to a decade now. I'll work 4 - 10 hour days and take Friday off or work 1/2 day.

Congrats on 25 years, which is becoming more rare these days.

.!

True. I still don't like it though. Get off my lawn.

Well the Black Hawks run looks to be in big trouble. They have won 10 of their last 11 series and despite outshooting St Louis 2-1 in this years series so far it don't look good. Been a great run these past few seasons making deep runs in the playoffs and have brought me and DS a ton of good memories including watching them beat L.A. in a conference final on a Disney cruise! Here's to the boy's putting up a good fight and possibly another historic comeback in this series. GO HAWKS!

Great to see the kids still keeping you busy with hoops and baseball/softball. I'm here to tell ya, enjoy it to death. Also cool to see how Boston has overcome the tragic event of 2013.

Morning gents.
420 is weed day up here too.
Just had our Provincial election yesterday, so the new party gets to come in through a cloud of smoke.

It's me and my best gal's 25th Anniversary.

Congrats!

Happy 25th Anniversary to you both!

Just a couple of years behind you but it seems longer than that sometimes.

Some sad news, Pearl Washington died of a brain tumor today. I had the privileged of watching him in the Carrier Dome, when I was in college, but not as often as I would have liked.

Morning Gents.

Beautiful Thursday here, suppose to get in to the 70s today.

Don't forget:

:lmao:

There's going to be a lot of people who are like: "Dude.. wha??????"

Not quite as nice here today. Right now it's 32. Supposed to get to 50

Morning guys,

Back at home and everyone is gone. Very good time in the Keys but diving conditions were not good. They were able to go out a couple of times but I decided to stay on shore. The sharks it seems moved on and there was not much sighting of cool stuff. Just a couple of eels and fish of course.

Will try to catch up today so for now, bacon for everyone.

Top O the Mornin Dads! Ton of WDW Park news yesterday from AK night time stuff (looks like some type of Jungle Book show will fill in a bit for ROL until they get that right), Soarin and Frozen Ever After opening after we are there in June to more insights on TS & SW lands. As DS told me last night, goods thing we are goin back at Christmas to see all the new stuff that opens just after our June visit :-) Have a good one guys and Happy Friday Eve!

Morning Gents.

Beautiful Thursday here, suppose to get in to the 70s today.

Don't forget:

Great - there goes the arm pit hairs again!

Life of CJ still sounds great. I kinda hope oldest wants to get diving certification then I could get mine and join her.

And I just now understand what 420 stands for.. I wondered about all the silly munchie jokes yesterday. <sigh>

Well the Black Hawks run looks to be in big trouble.
I'm not really following the playoffs this year, due mainly to the lack of a single Canadian team in it (first time that's happened in 50 years or something). But I just looked at the scores and was surprised to see so many 3-1 series leads. Not as interesting when there's not much drama in any series.

Maybe I'll start following and root for the Blackhawks?

Good day today. Money to pay off the IRS for 2015 got to the bank before they cashed the check. Celebrated by having lunch at an outside bar and grill. If you didn't want to dive, weather was perfect today (a bit windy).

The kid is hurtling toward graduation and the research projects she was working on this year are bearing fruit. The following is based on her shark bit research. I don't understand it so it must be good. A lot better than the ones she did in the 5th grade. Right now she is showing the one on the Indonesia research she will be presenting in Hawaii.

Try it at 50... plus.

OK, seriously, you need to seek professional help. Good luck man, we got your back. Just don't wake us at three in the morning.

Belated congratulations. I assume you did it right and are not buried in a shallow grave some where.

Sounds like a great day. Marlins beat the Gnats today so we can assume the end of the world is near.

Good luck to DD and DS on the upcoming seasons.

Spent most of my kid years in N. Syracuse and was a big Cuse fan. Didn't see the Pearl play in person but saw a lot of games on TV. He was amazing. The heyday of the old Big East (man did I hate Georgetown). I did watch him play in the inaugural season of the Miami Heat. Not the same player but there were flashes of brilliance. If you have Netflix, a 30 of 30 special is there called "Requiem for the Big East." Saw it again recently and he had a prominent role in the documentary.

I know someone that would dive with her anytime, all you have to do is say when.

Yeah not good for the NHL when a Canadian team doesn't make the playoffs - first time since 1971. If you are gonna cheer for the Hawks better start tonight with them down 3 games to 1.
