As an aside, I'm kind of surprised Disney doesn't have another Anna & Elsa in Epcot (Norway or Germany?). They are basically 2 pretty young girls dressed up in costumes who act like those characters. They shouldn't be too hard to find and they could keep people happy and bring some crowds to Epcot.

We've spent lots of time in lines waiting for princesses over the years - from Snow White to Tiana, but never more than 1 hour at a particular time.

Longest I waited was about 45 minutes fr Rapunzel and Flynn.
