I think I'll spend the day planning out my training runs from now up until Marathon Weekend. The plan is to do 8 tomorrow.

Morning all. Randall, thanks for the new thread.

Not for a while. It has been an issue since I was a teenager. Five hours is a good night's sleep. Went to all sorts of Doctors and have tried everything they suggested to "fix" it short of drugs. Sometimes it is worse than others but one benefit is I get to sneak in on the first page. That and being the first in line at Dunkin Donuts.

8-9 hours of sleep per night for me. Dunkin donuts is always a good thing.

Did I beat Barry? If so my day is complete!

8 runs in a day is not a good idea. You should lump them all together into one long run.
