Hey Don, don't visit me either...

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

When I go to BG again at the end of Sept, I will volunteer that week as my week on the lottery pool, with the ongoing track record we might actually have a Great chance of winning since I will be there on a drawing night:confused3, then everyone in the pool can meet Don when we pull up to his house in our DisDad Bus:thumbsup2

Yeah, and some of those restrictions are pretty draconian. IIRC, Sudafed is on the banned substances list. I don't really see how a normal dose of Sudafed is a performance enhancing drug, particularly if you have any kind of allergies and play an outdoor sport. :confused3

Sudafed contains Pseudoephedrine which is classified as a stimulant. It is only banned in-competition and your sample has to contain more than a certain amount. If you stopped taking the pills 24 hours before the competition, you should be fine.

I got an email PIN for the first time ever. I checked into it and no hotel change, but I was able to upgrade to a pool view Royal Guest Suite at POR for an additional $14 per night. That will be a nice surprise for DD. I know they are fairly new. Anyone stay in one of these. They are supposed to be decorated differently based on the character room you get from what I understand. I'll obviously post pictures when we get there.

To upgrade to deluxe was pretty steep, even with the discount so we skipped it since we want to be able to plan for next year.

We were planning on staying at a Royal room at POR for this upcoming trip (before I sweet talked DW into upgrading to the Poly.) The kids really liked the looks of the Royal rooms and the headboard with the fireworks - we showed them plenty of pictures of POR, POFQ, CS, and even WL. They chose the Royal Rooms at POR.

I think you all will really enjoy it.

Starting my new shift tonight, 10:30p - 7am (works better as wife works 9 - 5, so I can sleep before work instead of after). Son helped me out by taking a nice 3 hour nap this afternoon to help daddy catch up on sleep before starting.

I'm 40, in Austin TX, first time dad with a 6 month old (born on New Years Day).

Morning guys :coffee:

We have a one hour follow up with our home study social worker this morning, then that step should be done :thumbsup2

Finished the last part of our required ten hours of Hague training last night as well :cool1:

Now back to waiting on other people popcorn::

Have a great day guys :)

Good morning gentlemen. :coffee:

I just started Focus T25 workout. Its by the same guy who does Insanity but with no breaks. My body is not happy with me. DW starts her work from home schedule today. I'm taking the kids to the zoo to get out of her hair.

Good luck. I'll be switching shifts pretty soon too. I'm not looking forward to surviving on naps until the end of summer vacation. :faint:

Home..all is good, no damage to either my parent's place or the contents of the fridge.
Luckily, you can just re-cool the beer, even if it warms up. Thus, beer is infinitely greater than milk.
Cool, thanks, although when things get all foggy/misty I was hoping to see the Flying Dutchman or Black Pearl to sail into view. :rotfl2:

Happy Birthday Paul!

But it is such a beautiful drive :rotfl2:
I really think it is. Although the times I've been to Delaware, I've had to go through Virginia, so it was through the hills and hollers of Eastern KY and West Virginia.

Bull Durham is on WGN. Great baseball movie.
::yes::

So, if you tell me I65 or I75, will you slow down your car long enough so I can get a ride? Or, do I have to jump off the overpass onto the luggage rack?
65 and I'm willing to at least slow down enough to make it easier to time your jump. :thumbsup2

Sounds like a great time. How is the corn doing? Any pictures?
Well, I didn't have any the other day, but last night I got a few. It has grown probably 2' since I was out mowing the yard on Sunday. It is standing about 8' tall. The plant health is 100X better than it ever looked last year, and a few feet taller, but the crop is far from made. So far everything has gone into making the plant grow, which is great, but with all our moisture, it has a shallow root system, which is a bit of a concern for corn that is so tall and robust above the ground. Even though pollination still has to take place, I am confident that we are going to be in much better shape than we were last year.

We were out running some errands last night and decided to pull through the Wendy's drive thru to get some of the 99 cent Frostys as a treat. As I was ordering at the speaker, we could tell the guy working there really didn't care to be (not a big surprise at a fast food drive thru). We drove around and see the guy - he's late teens/early 20s, tattoos up and down his arms and neck. Basically, a really gruff looking guy and, just like when I heard him on the speaker, you could tell he would rather be anywhere else than working the Wendy's drive thru. Then I handed him my Disney Visa (the one with Buzz and Woody on it) and his entire demeanor changed. "Oh Man! You got that one! Cool! They didn't have that one when I got mine! Mine has Mickey on it! Here Look!" He then dug out his wallet and proudly showed off his Disney Debit card.

So it was a beautiful journey to a prize destination, then.

Looks like you have corn. So already this year is better than last.:thumbsup2

I can't believe you went to Wendy's and didn't try this, though:
Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger

Not that I really make a habit of going to Wendy's, but if I was going to go, it would be for that.

You just need to be not be able to breathe well during the game.

I used to enjoy 3rd shift. Never got the hang of getting up at 8:00 AM for work. Just 9 more years.

Good to hear. Any changes in the timetable?

I worked that shift as a newlywed before going back to school. I never could get adjusted to that schedule. For those that can do it they seem to really like it. My DD was born when I turned 40 and my only advice is enjoy every minute because the years go by too quickly.
