I have a meeting at 8:30, drop some donuts off to a customer. Hang out here for about an hour and then I'll be home before lunch

Have a good one guys. Safe travels to all who are celebrating the 4th elsewhere.

Donuts for the customers? Is that an approved expense? We never get donuts. Feel free to drop some off here too.

Things are not so great here, alot of my team are acting like this is their first rodeo. Im so hacked off right now I can hardly see straight. Going to be a long Wednesday.

What if - and believe me this is a hypothetical - but what if you were offered some kind of a stock option equity sharing program. Would that do anything for you?

I'm only an hour from the Falls, but it really doesn't look like we're getting there this summer. No time or extra $$.

Matt, I've been stressed at work before but this situatuon sounds far more stressfull then anything I've had to deal with. I agree with Jim in that putting on Disney music can help you out. Prayers

Well, I have a stock option profit sharing plan. We have a small private company that is difficult to value, but I am sure not worth a whole lot as far as stock price. So for me.......Just another ploy to keep me slaving away.

If the stock has significant value, it is a good program. My BIL has a a good plan for a public medical manufacturer and he uses his options to pay for my nephews college. Cashed the options and sells at market. Takes to proceeds from the sale and uses them for tuition, etc... He then gets to take the tax deductions for the college expenses so it works out pretty well.

How far from Brunswick, Maine? We may be up there as well. If not close to there I guess we'll have to meet at WDW in Florida. That's closer to both if us, right?

Well, if we make it there an hour drive for lunch or dinner may not be out of the question. I'll confirm if/when we are on our way. The last couple of years we have really missed opportunities for vacation. Seems we are making up for it this year.

How far from Brunswick, Maine? We may be up there as well. If not close to there I guess we'll have to meet at WDW in Florida. That's closer to both if us, right?

We were in Brunswick about 3 weeks ago for a soccer tournament at Bowdoin College. I think the drive took about 4 and half hours.

We fly out of Portland on the 16th. That is the only time I see us being in Maine this summer. Well that and the day we come back.

Depends on the company. I've worked for some that I wouldn't want any part of and others it has been a nice perk.
