Ever feel like you just did a beer bong full of Beverly, followed by someone using one of those stadium t-shirt cannons to fire a jar of Peanut Butter at your groin? Yup.

Fly out for Florida tomorrow at noon. Forecast for tomorrow here in Milwaukee? 6-10" of snow with blowing and drifting. Cruise doesn't leave until Thursday, and Tuesday evening and Wednesday were basically planned as hanging out with the in-laws at their place, so I'm not too upset if we're delayed a little bit. But sitting at the airport, watching it snow and staring at an empty gate where our plane should be sitting for 3....4.....5.... hours with 3 kids could get a wee pit annoying.

Is this guy who is leaving for a Disney cruise really looking for sympathy here?

Howdy fellow dads, hope all is well, been away from the DIS for a few months (prob missed 20 threads lol) everything is good here, hope everything is good with all dads. Just got back from our crazy weekend WDW trip, it was great, and thank you to all the guys for your suggestions, esp on dining o'hana dinner was amazing. I honestly didn't take alot of pictures so my trip report will be alittle bland so it won't hurt my feelings if no one reads it. I also planned on taking a break from planning our Oct DL trip but as luck has it southwest opened up the flight dates this morning so hotel and air are now booked. Also welcome to all new Disdads that I missed while away and prayers for those family's who need them.

Anyway, the Winter Storm Warning starts tomorrow morning at 6am. I called Southwest and got on an earlier flight, leaving at 6:15. It's a connecting flight in Kansas City instead of a direct flight, but if we can get out of Wisconsin before the storm hits I can deal with that.

Now to accelerate all of our plans by 6 hours, including cutting into my beauty sleep for the 3am wake up call to make the drive to the airport.

Thanks and congratulations on being approved. We happened to see recent pictures of our Ukranian visitor this weekend. She was wearing some of the clothes we got her. She was smiling, so that was nice to see.

The event went OK. She thought that she had done very well and was rather upset about it when she didn't place but I'm reserving judgements until we see the score sheets.

That's twice that I have been in the VA Beach area in the last year and haven't been able to pull off the meet with you. Thankfully we made that meet at the "other" beach last year.

The mall choice was made by the WOMEN. They were looking for a certain few stores. Unfortunately, the Disney Store wasn't on the list. It is one of the only stores in any mall that may get my attention. Otherwise, there had better be tools.

Hey Philip, was wondering were you got off to.

Get a map out and check out the hotels across the street from DLR. Then check them on Trip Advisor. We did that last June and got a nice place right across the street. I swear it was quicker walking to the hotel then it was walking to the buses at some of the parks in WDW.

Prayers for the weather to cooperate and for the planes to be on time. We had this happen with TS Beryl (I think it was Beryl). Luckily we were in Disney and spent about 4 hours in DisneyQuest. I think all airports should be required to put a DQ at the airports to entertain delayed passengers.
