DIS Dads DDC XXV: It’s a Special Holiday Episode of the DISDad’s Club

Early start this morning, I actually have a sweet 6:30-3:30 shift, so I miss the closing-time craziness today. Going to be fun being yelled at by disappointed last-minute shoppers since I know our stock in certain items was low or already gone. Mind you, there is still plenty more other things there. I only wish I got more then 2 1/2 hours sleep, tonight will be a late one. Work, dinner, church and my parent's traditional Christmas Eve Party, so I'm getting back from all that well after midnight. Then Make sure Santa gets his job done, and sleep as long as the kids'll let us.

Wish I could say "I told you so"....DW really wanted a new table for the girls, and got one, she was determined. Last night she found one she liked, and I warned her it'd be too small, but did not argue, she was getting...errr...cranky at the time. Now she sees the error of her ways, but cannot return it, we bought it over the border. I am sure it'll be my fault anyways.

Of course she is related to someone on here. She is either the spouse or daughter of one of us. Who else would read all this stuff? I guess this person will remain incognito.

Have a great Christmas Eve guys, hope lots of Magical family time. Will pop in after work at some point.

Merry Christmass All hope today and tomorrow are god days for all of you.
I have a busy day still at work for another hour then off to home to shower and go pick up DS around 830. Then breakfast with DW,DM, and DS. Maybe then I can sleep for a few hours and off to the in-laws for Christmas dinner and church.
Then I get to sleep again.

I asked if they have a package for me, as I have gotten NO notice of one.

Apparently they do. Who knows how long it's been there...

Normally they send a notice of pickup, unless it blew away in the wind.

I'll pick it up today.
