Monday park question of the day for all DISDads out there:

For our upcoming trip we are on the QSDP, so we're looking at getting the most bang for the buck at each of the parks. I've done some research... but I want to get all ya'll's opinion on this. What is your preferred QS location(s) at each park? (lunch and/or dinner... we'll probably use a snack credit for breakfast). Here's a shortlist of what I'm gunning for so far:

MK - Columbia Harbor House and Be Our Guest
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons (FW) and La Hacienda (WS)
DHS - Starring Rolls and Toy Story Pizza Planet (we've got a lot of kids in the party...)
AK - FlameTree and Y&Y

Thanks gents! :worship:

Great list! We're not CHH fans, but it is more of a matter of the menu and our preferences. Be Our Guest is definitey an excellent use of a QS credit for lunch. :thumbsup2 Also, while it isn't on the menu this way, if you're interested you can get corn dog nuggets and fries at Casey's as a meal. I actually kind of fell in love with Casey's on our last trip.

If I had to pick 2 places in all of the parks, it would be Be Our Guest and Flame Tree. The food is fantastic at both and you really feel like you're getting a good value for the credits.

Your EPCOT choices look good. Sunshine Seasons will be a good use, as will any QS place in WS. DW and I love La Hacienda though. The nachos are excellent.

DHS - well, I can't think of a great QSDP value there. You're probably about as well off with those choices as any. :lmao:

Did the best I could. Sorry to have worried you.

yes, we are full of ..... Wisdom ... And knowledge .... And

Choices look good to me... I agree with Andy on the HS... I can't think of a good one there... but then I've never spent a whole day there either.

If you truly have allot of Kids... I'd suggest trying to "train" them to eat early... or late... as many QS places tend to be very busy during the "typical" Lunch/Dinner times. We usually did a late Breakfast/Early Lunch... Brunch... then did a late Dinner.

The package has been delivered. There is a Ukranian girl upstairs sleeping off her jetlag.

Congrats!

Ditto from this Bears fan this morning. All 3 of my fantasy football teams went down in a blaze of glory this weekend. About the only redeeming thing to happen out of sports this weekend was a Hoosiers loss and and Illini win.

What ws the prize?

My guess is the highest electric bill. :rotfl2:

I am off work until Dec 31 and today I had planned on going to do some shopping fo Shari...instead I decided to stay inside and listen to rain outside. Tomorrow is another day :rotfl2:

I tried Brians experiment last night....when wife came to bed she asked me what I was doing and I told her that I was just trying something new...she said "you're crazy" and laid down on my side of the bed....shortly I hear logs being sawed from that side and I am tossing and turning on the opposite. I eventualy give up and head to Ethans room and scoot him over so I can sleep on the correct side of the bed and get some sleep :lmao:

So what is the "correct" side of the bed for you guys? As you are laying in it I am on the left side....closest to the TV :thumbsup2

At home the correct side is the right side. In a strange place (i.e. hotel or relatives house) it is whichever side is the least convenient. She always chooses the closest route to the door/bathroom. I think it has to do with her being a little claustrophobic. I can sleep anywhere so I don't really care. I won't go into the details of why its advantageous not to irritate her in that room.:bitelip:

Doesn't matter if you were able to sleep or not... Point is you won!
That's not my definition of winning this challenge.:lmao:

Beacause as a few have found out...other things will get them banned from there...

Mean while let me plug the other Disdad Forum where you will not get banned...unless your from Russia.

I'd add Germany in Epcot for a snack (pretzels!); restaurantasaurus at AK(theming is good, decent food).

Your list is great though. Especially Columbia Harbor House. Try to get the upstairs seating overlooking Haunted mansion, quieter up there and a great view.

Has anyone seen the weather forcast for this week? Im not seeing a white Christmas in our futures :rotfl2:
