Me too. Neither team really looked ready to play, but Bengals looked really bad - under thrown balls, receivers stopping on plays, dropping punts.

Sept, from what I could tell that's perfect for us , since we will mainly do fall trips like y'all do and with the April banking deadline it gives me time to plan

Yes, we have June and Sept UYs. I like the Sept UY the best. The only bad thing with that is Spring Break in April. I think you have to cancel a trip 30 days before check in to bank the points forward. But, even if you miss it and they go to holding points, you can get a summer to get a trip in before losing any.

We went thru Timeshare Store for ours. In the contract, it states that seller must sign by certain date or contract was voided and penalty applied and deposit refunded to buyer. Hate to hear that you had a problem.
