Nice.

:thumbsup2

You're on the board. Goofy has some momentum going now!

Done. And set my next pick up assuming they are not all gone by then. I'll try to check back in tonight and reset as tomorrow is a travel and storming the castle day! :cool1::cool1:

Great news about Tammy, Dave.

There ya' go. Everything below the Middle Peninsula...
Saved by the grace of Sweet Tea :rotfl:

Much better. I can put away my musket.
As for the tea, can the spoon stand straight without leaning against the side?
It just shows up at the table sweet. No spoon required.
Everyone knows the south lost, right? :rotfl2::lmao: Just kidding. It is entertaining to see how offended Billy Reb is to be called a Yankee.:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Billy Reb? Is that me? :rotfl: It was more of a disagreement than a matter of feeling insulted. Althought I definitely enjoy living in the south more than I did the north. I moved here from Chicago when I was 17 and immediately noticed three things. People were nicer, weather was nicer and the girls were a million times better looking. True story- look it up.

We can be patient with you since you have a legitimate excuse but just remember Carl isn't being held up by being gone.

I'm at work without access to the site. If it gets back to my pick, let me know. Maybe you can post a screen shot of the next 20-30 guys (by ADP) and I can tell Nate who I want. I'm sure he can make my next pick for me.

Just printed boarding passes A45-48. Downloaded watch TV app to laptop and iPad. Supposed to allow you to watch dish on the plane. Printing off doc's and then heading out for the day to get everything finalized. Tomorrow at this time will be at about 30,000 feet.

:woohoo:

Wish I was going…
But I did receive my first official notifications of payments now due for both our new parent and student loans.
So I have that going for me
:lmao:

Happy now?
No you took my next pick.

:rotfl2:

I did say up front “give or take a few miles here and there”

Truth! :thumbsup2

That 'updated' map of the south looks gerrymandered to me. That northeast bulge is mightly suspicious.

we're 2 away from you right now.

Oh man. You are only reinforcing my desire to move away from The Region. I only have to figure out how to convince DW to leave here. Somehow I think it will take a large lottery win and the relocation of all of her family too. :headache:

hi guys, there is no way I can catch up. welcome new dads!

hope all is well.

had to stop to see my adopted father today. he was my first costumer when I was nineteen and thirty years later we are still close. he found out his health is not good. not sure yet what is going to be done if anything but he is hanging in there. the guy has been there for me and my family for 30 years. he told me today, buddy, I survived two tours in Vietnam (11th armored cav.) but im not sure im going to make it thru this.
hes a strong little dude and im sure he will fight every step of the way.

anyway, some good news he had this weekend. his daughter is now a pro body builder. got her card this weekend!!! I remember this kid when she was 8. lol

CONGRATS JO!!!!!

tammy got a clean bill of health and we wont be going back to philly for another two years!!!

have a good time everyone!!!! :thumbsup2

DAVE! Good to see you around here. Great news about Tammy. Sorry to hear about your father figure but good that you were able to spend some time with him.

mm1971---won't happen. It's a gov't owned patent since i'm an Army Civilian. I only get royalties if a company produces it for the commericial market, which i don't see happening.

Unfortunate… well then the least they could do is code name the thing as a “Swissdog”.
We need to get everyone in the DDC to put our heads together and figure out some type of commercial market use for the thing.

You’re welcome to adjust it as you see fit…
But if you try to cut Richmond back out of it, I believe that Chris will be forced to pull his musket back out.

and he won’t be a pointin’ it at me this time :lmao:

Several years ago I had to switch planes at O'hare. We had to walk outside in December at night to get to the little puddle-jumper to take me to Missouri. I forgot what cold really felt like. It was 8 degrees and windy. I don't know how I lasted as long as I did.

Well being i am only about 2 hours from Chicago, I can tell you anywhere else is going to be nicer. I mean it is Chicago. Plus they have the Bears and the Cubs. That is why the trees here lean toward the south east. There is this vacuum pulling to Chicago. :stir:

I have to access it on my phone and I figured typing them in would be easier than a bunch of tiny screen shots of 2 or 3 names on a drop down.

So my father went in for a "ablation" on his heart yesterday.

Generally a pretty standard procedure where they go to the hart, and burn of some tissue to help stabilize an irregular heart.

Well the surgery itself went well. The only catch is.... ready for this.... they went into the RIGHT side of the heart, just to find out that the "atrial fibrillation" (irregular heart beat) was on the LEFT side!!!!

Ugggghhh,...

So he has to schedule a SECOND procedure, and apparently the left side is more complicated.

Dr. said this time he wants to do an MRI first, and a 3D scan.... he said he wants to go the "whole 9 years".... I asked him why the first time, he only went 7 yards? He didn't have a good answer... :sad2:

Prayers where appropriate... ;)

Anyone else have any similar situations?
