Morning Gentlemen

Late afternoon fellow dads, well I finally made the plunge, I put in an offer on a SSR DVC resale and it was accepted! Wasn't my first choice but it ended up being the right price and points for DD and myself so barring any unforeseen issues we will be DVC owners in the coming year

Five inches of snow last night at SH. The kid was excited and had to run out and play. Posted a few pictures on FB including a snow angel she tried to make. Adding one more here. She brought a friend outside with her and they built Frosty.

Very cute but she needs to work on rolling the snow.

I just downloaded Angry Birds Star Wars. I can already tell this is going to be a productive day at work.

Already on 1-11. DS is obsessed with Star Wars and Angry Birds. If he gets a hold of my phone I won't get it back until the battery is flat.

Very true! Last weekend, I was jogging, on a crosswalk in the center of town, when a car almost hit me because they were only looking left before making a right hand turn; The driver barely missed me, then rolled down the window and screamed at me to watch where I was going... Gotta love Mass drivers!

Congratulations. I look at SSR a lot too. I probably wouldn't stay there much, but the contract length, price per point and annual dues make it look pretty good.

So how about some details? How many points? Did you offer what they were asking or did you try to negotiate?

Thank you, it's 150 pts and they were asking 67 and I offered 65 and they accepted within an hour, looking back at it I should of gone lower but I'm a newbie so ill chock it up to being a first timer and overall I'm very happy with the purchase , I'm not sure yet when we will stay at SSR for the first time, the next trip on the books is Oct 2013 at GC DL and I would like to do BLT our next WDW trip so after that should be SSR
