Morning all!!:coffee:

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome back:thumbsup2

Spent yesterday on a "Cow hunt", Raleigh and the nearby cities are doing the event where they paint the cow statues and place them around town. We managed to check off about 30 yesterday.
The good part of the plan was to start with the ones in other cities that were about 30 minutes away so we would be done today before football started. The bad part was the fact I didn't realize my plan put us in Chapel Hill looking for cows while UNC was playing ECU, and the majority of the cows were within half a mile of the stadium:scared1:

welcome back randy!!! glad your back to work.:thumbsup2 my dw tammy is in hr and up to a few years ago, that was part of her job. she hated it. they took all the crap while someone sits in a big chair, crossing off names. she since taken the hr business analyst position. more money and she no longer has to get involved with that.
glad your back!!!!

Morning Gents! I hope you are all having a great Sunday morning.

We had a very nice birthday dinner last night at a new seafood restaurant in town. It was just too bad that I have had a cold all week and couldn't really taste anything. DS even tried the calamari and liked it.

Off to a soccer skills session with DS in an hour or so and then maybe some football.

Whoops. I guess avoiding crowds was not on the list. :)

Good luck tracking down the rest today.

And GO BEARS!!!

Well of course, if I was that drunk I would be dead, auto correct is a wonderful tool

Mine tried calamari when they were around 5, and youngest dd really likes it. We finally broke down and told them what is was, but since they had been eating it so long, they didn't care. I really like seafood and could eat it all the time. Problem is that KY does BBQ meats, not seafood, other than fried catfish.

Fried catfish is really good too.

:cool1: I'm on vacation this week:banana:

Going to WDW?

Watching "Tanked", wishing they would build me an aquarium!!!

That and Gator Boys have become must see tv in our house, if I ever ht the lottery, I want one of those big salt watr tanks that takes up the whole wall in the house, or better yet, one that divides two rooms apart. Think they at allowed to build me on in Golden Oaks?

Nice! I leave for WDW in 54 hours myself! :cool1:

And how many seconds is that?

It has been a long month. Finally got my project done at the last minute on Friday. Next week, meetings all week (boring) and then I get to present my project first week in October. I made my deadline, although I didn't get to proofread it, but think it will go over well. Then, it is off to WDW. I am really looking forward to this trip.

Only 3 hours of soccer today. Currently, the weather channel says that it is 50 degrees here, and it won't get higher than 67 all day. Fall weather is here.

Yeah I just turned to my woman and said the same last night, that if we won the lottery I would get them to build me a tank like the ones in Rainforest Cafe with a connecting pipe between the two or just let them invent something based on my favorite things. Probably incorporate airplanes and Disney into it.

Morning Dads!

Headed down to Currituck Lighthouse with the family and my mom and dad. Really windy, so no going out at the walk on the lighthouse.

Matt

Yeah, the theming I would probably leave up to them, I would want some sports stuff and Disney. As for the design, it depends on the house, but I would like to see it as a room divider so that it can be seen from both sides. I had an idea for a second room tank. I was thinking about having one room, floor to ceiling tanks on all four walls, including the area over the door and the ceiling. Then, A nice recliner that rotates 360 degrees in the center to enjoy it.

Morning guys...

Saw Finding Nemo 3D last night, and was amazed by it. So well worth it. Didn't get to the chinese buffet though, place was PACKED, didn't have that long to wait, so went elsewhere.

Girls have already lined up Hotel Transylvania, Frankenweenie and Monsters Inc 3D to see next, and I personally want to see Wreck-It Ralph, this is going to get $$ before long :rotfl2:

Welcome back Randy!

Today's plans are to hang about home today. Going to do up meatballs in the crockpot

I like this one for my desk:

But you can always have this one built, but you best be rich as the Disney Co:

Besides the whole 3D thing... was there ANYTHING different about the movie? Added scenes? Extended scenes? etc...?

Nothing noticable...but both DW and I caught tiny little bits we hadn't seen or heard before, but nothing new. I'm not sure if whether or not the visual things wrre from seeing it in HD/big screen though.
