Afternoon guys! On the way back home from a weekend trip to WV.

After 2 months, I have finally finished painting my 50s jukebox project, hoping to have it fully back together and rockin by the trip in Oct, it's been a slow process but hopefully the put together will be quick

I have been figuring how how to do a trip report once we get back the only thing I'm not sure about is how to post a link to the trip report thread

Two ways. First, go create a new thread. You can put in the dis dad sub forum or the trip report sub forum. I will put mine this time in the DVC trip report forum. Then, just copy/paste the URL.

For your signature and to make it look cool, copy the URL from TR, go to your signature and type in the title, highlight it, then click the little world button above with "link" on it in. It adds the hyperlink to the title.

I got call away to play Grandpa. Norm you might get your wish of a slow close.

Well hello there, fellas!! Been AFK for a few days as we were staying with friends down South in good ol' Jarvisburg, NC. They have a cozy cottage down there right on the Albemarle Sound. Was able to take the kids out several hundred feet and still be able to stand flat footed Here's a pic out the back door:

Had storms roll through each night but was blessed with beautiful weather each afternoon. Won't be able to catch up with the rest of the posts tonight, but will get the new thread started in the AM. Will be nice to get some sleep in my own bed tonight

We are about to head out for one more 1 hour drive to the soccer pitch. Last round robin game for Declan at the Provincial Championships and probably their last. A win would give them a 2 and 2 record with 6 points which I don't think will put them through.

Oh well, as long as they play hard and have fun all is good.

Thanks, unfortunaly they lost 3-0 and brought the club season to a close. Next up: school soccer, regional skill camps and basketball. No wonder I retired from coaching, no time.

Wow, I'd say....that'd make my head spin. It's hard to get into all that for usm due to my urregular hours. Once school starts I'll only see the girls a couple hours most after school.

Luckily my job gives me plenty of flexibity to catch Declan's games but it didn't with my own coaching. I coached mens volleyball at the university level for 7 years but my current jobs takes me out of town a few times during the season so I missed some practice time and some matchs. I had good assistants but I didn't like to be away and have someone else making the decisions.

I'm really curious about the dining plan financial analysis and of course the Beverly record.

I'm thinking that Randall is close, but knowing Brian... I think he goes to 11. While most Dads would go to 10, this one goes to 11.

I did write down the price of EVERYTHING we got on the DDP... I am curious to...
