While I agree about Brian....

Let me put this into perspective Norm.......

that's 7 friggin' Dole Whips!! :rotfl2:

It's $30. You can find that in your couch cushions or have a yard sale, as long as your not in NJ.

Happy birthday Paul! Sorry, I ate the bacon I was going to send.

Happy Birthday Paul. I drank the beer I bought you.

Truthfully, it really doesn't matter. Even if she doesn't wake me up, we have a 2 year old going through a phase of not wanting to stay in his own bed all night. :

My 8 year old tried last night, although, I sent her back to her bed.

Ill never have the magic fizzle for me. I have always loved Disney, and I love working with them. I am a people person which makes hospitality an excellent place for me here. The only way I'd leave would be if I got a position as a pilot. I am trying to get my CP License.

That would then be two better jobs than me.

Having the schedule read:
"8/26 Wait for Bambi to post bail".

How long would she leave you in?

Morning, Dads :coffee:

DD had her first surfing lesson yesterday. Too bad I was stuck at work to see the magic! DW said she did pretty good... was able to get up a few times. Here's one of her short attempts:

She has two more days of lessons - today and tomorrow. Might be calling in sick <cough> tomorrow....

Great picture. Bravo to her.

Huh. Thought I had posted earlier today, from the library, but it must have gotten eaten by the "Please click here to login and use the free wireless" redirect. Meh.

Spent several hours with the kids at the library this morning. And several hours at the Robot Factory with them this afternoon. Kids got lots of computer time, some movies & books (and I picked up almost a full run of the Dresden Files for less than $6 total), and then got to play with Lego for several hours this afternoon. Even got in a decent 5 mile run this evening.

Sitting here now, checking email, reading the Dis, and drinking a beer or three. Life is pretty good sometimes.

Sounds like a great day.

Okay, not really a case of Kharma, but I'll take it. Our distribution warehouse is having some sort of technical/mechanical issues, as a result, all deliveries are delayed by a day. This means, when I start my vacation, they will be overwhelmed and fall behind. :rolleyes2 And there is nothing I can do to help them or bail them out. :rotfl: Finally, it happens to someone else!

Yeah.

Maybe... on the other hand they might figure you are trying too hard and pass you by.

I was that guy on my first time in the attraction, so had no idea what to expect. Amelia was 3 and was freaked out by the whole thing., crying beside me the whole time. :worried: It did help my goatee at the time was a little...wild

Was that you? I grew mine out that long when DW braided it for Capt Jack look. I'll keep it short from now on.

And that is why I won`t wave my wand for you to win the lottery...

You don`t have the same appreciation of the all mighty dollar!

Barry do you have your park days planned out yet:confused3

Is he on the commando thread?

And, ummm... yeah... let's just say that I won't be making a trip without travel insurance again. Luckily, my health insurance will pay out for this, just not directly to hospitals outside of the country.
.

I usually never get the insurance, but already did for our cruise next year.

.
On a side note, I wish Disney would get dr pepper or mt dew. I have to go to trex or rainforest cafe just to get my fix lol. That's why I bring my dr pepper with me to work. I could always eat dole whip all day though.

Coke is my favorite. I'm good with it.

That sounds like a good time. Do they have combine demo derbies down there? That, a 72 oz Mountain Dew and a deep fried Snickers makes for a great evening!:

They had fried twinkies here one year.

And, I haven't been around, but, I have a new Garage. So, there's that.

i *should* go back & read what i've missed, but, I don't really have the time. I have a garage to fill full of junk.

Over 400 miles on the road today but I saw parts of the state I had never seen before. Time for some dinner but too tired to cook. Likes like a can of salmon, twizzlers and wine.

My 8 year old tried last night, although, I sent her back to her bed.

:crowded: When my 8 year old tries that I leave her there and take her bed. SWMBO snores and the Jr. SWMBO kicks. They deserve each other.

Blessed is he who expects nothing for he shall never be disappointed...

I may have to appropriate that saying for future reference.

Great job, Emma!

It will probably start out like this:

Slowly turn into this:

Looks like a nice day!

Murphy's Law....

Booked my flight for DDC on Friday.

Today it's $29 Cheaper.

I blame Brian.

Always book your flights on a Tuesday, Scott! :thumbsup2

All Star game ownage.

Evening, Norm!

Happy Birthday, Paul!

Hey Chris. How's life back in civilization?

Rough re-entry after having to stay up all night last night working. Fortunately, got a nap today!

Catching up on last night's The Closer. Watch it?

DW came through huge and got me a new iPad 3 with bluetooth keyboard/case. Checking in for the first time on the iPad app for Disboards. Takes a little getting use to, but I'm loving this new toy! DD commandeered the original iPad a long time ago, and the macbook is DW's, so it's nice to finally have a nice apple product of my own to play with!
