WOW!!! EMMA HAS TEETH NOW!!! :lmao: i keep forgetting the trip report im reading is from two years ago.:lmao:

:rotfl2::rotfl2: I could see how that might be confusing! HAHA!

:scared1: Your right my bad:eek: I don't remember passing Richmond, I did see signs, we came up 64 to 295 to 95, I think Richmond was a little west, but I'm not sure:confused3, but I won't let it happen again:thumbsup2

Do you have passes to Kings Dominion or Busch Gardens:confused3 we will be there again in June & Sept:thumbsup2, who knows Don might actually show up at Busch Gardens one of those trips:confused:

When are you going in June?? Let me guess... between the 18th and the 22nd? :lmao:

Sure. Old Yeller, Bambi's mom, and Mufasa all had their struggles but it worked out ok in the end..

:headache::headache:

MMMmmmmmmhhhuuuuaaaahhhhhhhh!!!! :stir: :stir: :stir:

My plan has worked perfectly! :lmao::lmao:
:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 <--- Yeah, I have three of them. And they're not thumbs.

Ummm... extending this logic to other movies, I'm beginning to worry about CJ as coach. Thnk of these famous movie coaches:

Rocky - Micky (dead)
Star Wars - Ben Kenobi (dead)
Return of the Jedi - Yoda (dead)

CJ, you best get that will checked out and soon. :lmao:
I quit. Barry you are on your own.
Hey, slow down now...Yoda and Ben Kenobi come back as holograms. So there's a 2 out of 3 chance that you'll be fine.
And what about Philoctetes from Disney's Hercules? He lives through the whole thing. Granted, he has hooves, horns and furry legs - but he lives.

I should be getting caught up on paperwork and grant reporting. Instead I am checking in on you gents and just polished off 1/2 a box of Girl Scout Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies. I have my priorities straight.
I love the chocolate covered PB ones. I accidentally ordered the sandwich ones this year. My heart broke when I got my order and realized what I did. :(

We have dial-up. The high speed is across the river on the other side of the holler. I have to come into the office or use my I-Phone if I want to get on the internet.

FIL scheduled to get it this year. The current loop is 1 mile from his house.

You can send my cheesecake with Norm's piece. No preference. He can send you some bourbon soaked fruitcake in exchange.

I like spending other people's money.:rolleyes1

How thoughtful of you.

One last thought for the evening...

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well. -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Emerson is an idiot. The purpose of life is to be happy and go on as many Disney vacations as possible.

My story for the day. My down-the-street neighbor just got U-verse. When the technician was over, the tech told them as bad as their DSL was, it wasn't as bad as "the guy up the street." That's me. So, I've known my internet is junk for a while (it takes a full 45 seconds for my computer to open the dining plan PDF). So, I called AT&T (DSL and Phone service provider) and I explained my problem of slow internet. I asked very politely for internet that worked, and was not expensive. That didn't happen.

Then, I called AT&T and asked very rudely for internet that was not expensive. It didn't happen, and I was transfered to the supervisor where I said if they didn't at least try to work with me, I'd leave their internet service.
Charter (cable internet) is scheduled to come out on Friday, and their replacing the phone service as well.

I gave AT&T 3 chances to take my money, and they wouldn't work with me. We've had AT&T for everything for a long time, and I feel bad for leaving. But our internet is down to 1.2 mbps, and we pay for 3, and sorry, in 2012, 3 mbps that only goes 1.2 is a gip.

Unfortunately, we live in times when the customer is not always right, and if I'm a big company, then I don't need your money. In my town of 55K, time Warner is the only cable provider, and the city passed an ordinance for them to be the sole provider. Thus, it is against the law for a business to compete with them. That Beverly we learned in school about a free market system is not applicable anymore. But, on the flip side, my 401K investments are doing great. So there.

Or if life wants to kick you when you're down, your ghost is replaced with Hayden Christensen

It needs to be replaced, but a quick online search shows that I should get away with it for less than $20.
The story behind it: Evan and I were in the driveway play catch on Saturday. (The backyard is too small and full of dog poo, so we play out there). Anyway, the Jeep was parked in front of the garage, with Evan pitching from behind it, and I was catching near the street. Evan told me that the runner on first was going to steal on his next pitch and I had to throw him out. The smaller person-sized door to the garage was open, so I decided that I'd just whip the throw in there where there was nothing breakable within harms way. Evan pitched a fastball slightly up and away from the imaginary left-handed batter, giving me a perfect opportunity to get off a quality throw to the imaginary shortstop covering second. As soon as the ball left my hand, I knew it was money. It was heading right for the middle of the open garage door, but then it cleared the back of the house. The garage sits about 15 feet behind the house, and in that ever so tiny space, a gust of wind came off the corner of the house and blew the ball off course and directly into the driver's side mirror. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The real story here is how come you weren't commended for an outstanding throw to second??? Bambi should be proud to be married to such an elite athlete :thumbsup2

I was a catcher for 10 years, that is not an easy throw to make :thumbsup2

:(

Not to mention they came back looking better, stronger and would be around for eternity :thumbsup2

Anyone having problems with the "Go to new post" button (arrow) on the Disboards lately.

Only on my iPhone. It takes always takes me back to a post from when the servers started acting crazy. And posts were showing under other peoples names.

Anyone else?

No issues here :confused3

We haven't been to King's Dominion in a long time. We're more Busch Gardens people (more shade, prettier landscaping). We used to go several times a year when pre-schoolers were free. But now that there are three kids and I'd have to pay for two of them and the wife, it's not quite as attractive. The kids don't miss it- they keep busy with other stuff. Sometimes my employer will give out tickets, that would probably be the only way I get back there this year. Plus there may be a Disney Cruise in my future (distant future). So I'm saving my pennies.
