Aren't Canadians taught to walk on ice before they get to walk on dry land???![]()
There's a different between those two things in Canada? Who knew?

I can't remember what I had for breakfast![]()
Just for the record, we caught TSM with a 20 minute standby this September.
Ended up only waiting about 13 though
Lucky, not good![]()
We have 5 Guys, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Checkers , Sonics & 25 Burgers
5 Guys rules by far![]()
Hi guys....
um....ever had one of THOSE days?![]()
Anyone thought of a DIS dad's cruise? I know where we might be able to find a cruise ship, but it needs a lot of work. What a tragic story.

Several.
Sorry to hear you had a Peanut Buttery day. Here, have some popcorn.![]()
I've definitely thought of such a thing - but not using that ship, or that captain, of course.
But look how much it is like pulling teeth just to get a group together for WDW. Think what a cruise would be like.
I'm working on getting a group together right now from the local area. They're looking at about 35-50 staterooms. Fingers crossed as I continue to meet with them. That would be great. And once you do one, it's easier to do the next one. Lots of moving parts. I'd LOVE to do some of those great big groups with 200-400 blocks of cabins... someday.
That was my first thought, when we started talking about a DisDads Conference. The hard part about a group cruise is that it has to be put together so much farther in advance - we'd probably be looking at 2014 before we could do a DisDads Cruise.
As for doing a group cruise with Costa? I wouldn't have suggested that someone I DON'T like take a Costa cruise, even before the accident. Let alone a group of guys that I'd actually enjoy hanging out with.
Wow.Not as much Peanut Buttery, as more
Let's see how to put this, keep in mind, I'm kinda in shock.
Dad called me at work today. Thought I had been away for the weekend until yesterday, no biggie. He wanted me over as soon as possible, mom wanted to talk to me....
Okay, I was in a bit of a panic, thinking something was wrong, this just sounded ominious. I was assured that everyone was fine, but I was to be told in person.
Okay.... weird.
I decided to head over there tonight, I hate drama like this, wanted to get it over with. I texted my brother trying to figure this out, he said he talked to her yesterday, it was nothing bad, that's it.
Ooookay....
So we go over and mom pulls me into the spare room, and closes the door and tells me.
I've got an older half-brother no, not one locked up in the attic, though that'd be REALLY cool.... Seems that, without a lot of details, between my mom's divorce from her first husband, and marrying dad, she had a son whom she had to give up to adoption. As it turns out, Friday he tracked her down after 42 years. So at last the trurh was bared.
Well, I am in a wee bit of shock here, to a degree. Part of me is....meh, part of me is ***, another part hungry for burgers I was catching up on posts tonight. Not really sure what the end result of all this is going to be either. This is going to be interesting...![]()

I still haven't gotten my red DDC thing!! Under my name..
Wow.
I guessreally is the only way to put it. I don't think there's a word for it. Clearly popcorn isn't going to do it. Have one (or more) of these instead:
