So what's everyone's plans for the weekend? I have our stations' holiday party to attend tomorrow night, have to get a gift for the exchange (some lucky coworker is going to be walking away with a framed, autographed photo of me!).

Not sure about everyone else, but the ones my kids - yes, I said my kids - got from their grandparents is in scale with the Monorail. It opens up and has a few rooms, plus a really cool doorbell chime. The problem was they gave it to my kids on one of our driving trips to FL. We had to figure out a way to pack it in the already stuffed van for the ride back to Wisconsin without breaking it.

Ah. My DD is into those 4" princess figures, so we got her the castle for that last Christmas.

Other than that not much. May get stuff together for the blog I want to start. Maybe finally get around to updating my Trip Report... (shyeah right!).

I have to finish putting the Christmas decorations back up in storage, hang some new picture frames, drop off stuff to the Mission and Goodwill and try to watch some playoff football

To answer your question - still working on DDs new room. Hanging drywall. Should be ready for the first coat of mud by Saturday afternoon.

Lurkey, have been playing Portal 2 with DD9 and DS12 all week. DS11 (who hadn't wanted to play but was just listening intermittently) has started to feel left out, so downloaded Portal 1 tonight to play with him. 9 levels in and it is just as awesome!
