Fun movie night tonight, we went with Mars Needs Mom and Gnomeo and Juliet. Personally I enjoyed both...I know neither movie got huge reviews, but they worked for me...

I saw from the Netflix "Recently Watched" list that DD9 had watched Mars Needs Moms over Winter Break. I asked her how it was. She said she tried watching it, but after about 20 minutes, she couldn't take any more.

Sleep? I laugh in the face of sleep ... tonight. Simply because I have to stay awake all night. Not too concerned about it though. I think.

Good luck with that Stopher! I've done a few of those lock-ins myself and it seems to get tougher with each passing year.

Of course you have to factor out the 45% or more who don't really post. Joined, but aren't really around that much. And then you have the rest who do post. And then there are some who uber-post. And others who ultra-uber post driving the thread into the ground faster than any normal thread should go...

Then there are a few of us that are usually around, but by the time we read everything else that has been posted, there's nothing left to say...

I've watched far worse then it, can't even say it was the worse Disney offering I've watched. Then again, I can freely admit :I liked Home on the Range

Sweet, just read that they are releasing the Titanic movie "A Night To Remember" on DVD ...I need to get that. Planning a mini-marathon the night of the 14th-15 April to mark the 1ooth Anniversary of the sinking..

Watching Dark Knight on TNT. Heath Ledger as the Joker Rocks!

When they announced Ledger as the Joker for that film I was so skeptical, but he hit it out of the park. Best Joker other than Mark Hamill.

We're heading to one tonight too. Then karaoke afters. Whee!!!

Just got back from the company holiday party. There was an open bar. I'm usually a beer drinker, but tonight I thought I'd try some Crown Royal (I blame all the booze talk earlier this thread). Of course, because of my infamiliarity, I didn't know what to mix it with, so I just had a double on the rocks.

I'm feeling pretty good right about now..........

I have to lector this morning so I am up early (like always) to go over today's readings.

We watched Super 8 last night. Very dissatisfied Spielberg is testing my patience, he had a hand in screwing up the last Indiana Jones. The premise of the movie was ok, but I did not think Super 8 flowed well.
