It;s an epidemic lately....my shirts have more X's then the backroom of a video store remember those? :rotfl2:

This is KY. We still have those.

Although, the little religious town here (only Christians, no one else allowed) will not allow XXX. This town protested Show Me's restaurant, however, agreed to allowed them have a franchise here if the waitresses wore more clothes. The restaurant agreed. They outlawed the movie Showgirls, Golden Compass, and I can't think of how many others for religious preference. The first amendment is dead and buried here. All hail censorship.

Not only am I carrying the weight from my two girls, I'm carrying the weight from both of my grandkids.

You are taking the sympathy thing to a whole new level. Way to be so considerate of your wife.

I've never even heard of Show Me. I think Showgirls is banned on cinematic principles
:rotfl2:

So, I broke open the pork for lunch. Unfortunately, I didn't have any rolls but I toasted up some bread, threw on a little cheddar, and added some pickles. Let's just say I had to make another sandwich when I was done with the first one. :rotfl2::rotfl2:

It is similar to Hooters, except with stomach showing and higher cut shorts along with more TVs to watch sports. But, why would you need TVs?

this is a pic of the frame they bolted, yes, bolted to her head when she had her radiation treatment. she sat from 7am till 4pm with this frame on her head.
Wow... that is some contraption. I'm glad she is doing well... I hope you were a good hubby and waited on her. ;)

It is addicting. But, it's not even the best BBQ place in town. It is the largest and only one that ships. The Moonlite has fed two US presidents - Republican and Democrat - which is not bad for a town of 55,000 with one store. Moonlite also has a BBQ buffet that would blow your mind and your wasteline.

It depends on the day, but it has at least 4 types of BBQ meat in different version - chopped or sliced mutton or pork, BBQ beef ribs, chopped or sliced beef, BBQ chicken, turkey and dressing, catfish fillets and fiddlers on Fridays, sides include fried apples, corn, green beans (with bacon), mashed potatos, gravy, banana salad. Then there is burgoo, salad bar, and a dessert bar that includes soft serve ice cream, banana pudding, cherry cobbler, apple cobbler, peanut butter pie, pecan pie, chocolate fudge covered pecan pie, and chess pie.

Lunch does not provide you all the options. We tend to only go when people come in from out of town. We tend to wobble out of the restaurant when we're done.

BBQ Ownage!

I'll tell you this, if I ever make my way to Kentucky, which I'm not sure if I ever will, I'll call you up and you can bring me to all the good BBQ places-my treat. Plus this buffet. You are making me hungry.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Be glad to. We are making a run at trying to obtain the bluegrass music capitol of the world. Will that draw you here? I like different music, but can't listen to hours and hours of bluegrass. Owensboro is a great place to raise a family as there is little crime. But, there is not a lot here to see. I hope to retire nearby Disney one day.

I just put it back on... my DW just watch Grey's Anatomy from last week. Hey, I have to share the TV from time to time... :happytv:

Even I have two TVs. One is 10 years old and the other I inherited from my grandfather. That TV still has the curved TV screen it is so old and the only buttons on the remote that work are power, channel up/down, video, and volume. The mute button works occasionally.

I'm still watching my recording of the KU basketball game - nice to see the Jayhawks come back strong on the road in the second half after a sloppy first half. They trailed by a point at the half, and with 7:30 left in the game, they're up 18.

I am following along with the football game in another tab on si.com. Nice to see the Lions making a game of it.

We only have a DVR in the living room which as the HDTV. I refuse to watch sports on the other TVs in my house. I think I need a 37'' for our bedroom so I can 'get away' from time to time. :lmao::lmao:
