I think I am going to try ones of those dole whips (from Cuisinart soft serve) in a fresh cored pineapple..Bet it is yummy

How is the softserve maker? I got the cuisinart ice cream maker for christmas and just made a batch of some awesome vanilla!

I've been around a bit. I discovered the disDads about a year ago and didn't realize the chatter in this thread. I was trying to keep up on facebook, but realized I was missing out on so much. Thanks!

Daniel we are glad you found your way over here...facebook is fun too...but this is where the majority of the action is LOL

its fun, kids like it. I want to rder extra bowls so I can have them frozen.Cause with my famly size it goes quick lol

DD and I played some DL adventures on the connect tonight. As we were walking down mainstreet we heard "They have some great bargains in here". I don't think I've ever heard those words uttered on Disney property in real life.

Last day of peace in the office before all the yahoo's get back. It was nice while it lasted. Finally got the Christmas presents from the in-laws taken care of. Same thing every year for the kids, slippers and sheet sets :confused3 . DD who is only 7 now owns more sheet sets than I ever did until I was married.:sad2:

You should watch Toystory with them and increase the volume at this section:

"Okay, second present.
It appears to be--
- Okay, it's bed sheets."
- Who invited that kid?

I asked the question just to see what interests everyone else had outside of Disney in their communities....look to see more DisDads answer...

Myself I am a member of the Masonice Lodge and served as the Master a while back for a year. (I hated the title Worshipful Master...).

Another reason was it was going to allow me to mulit post responses and catch up to Chris in the post count for this thread... I think I am only 3 back now with this post LOL:rotfl2:

Ownage!!

Yeah, I thought as much...dont you worry...you'll fade at the end. Plus you're too busy defending your outbuilding from Harbeson

Well, it's a lot of chatter but not sure you missed much.

I have not ever heard of this one..what is it? Tell me more

It was named after its founder, who was a Catholic priest who devoted his life to serving the poor. Many Catholic churches have these, or some will pool with other churches, where property can be donated to give to the poor, or to sell for money to give to the poor. In our church, the head of the St. Vincent keeps track of the money collected and given to people and will call others to help move furniture, haul food donations, etc for whatever needed.

I had heard that the traffic was horrible for that race!!! I was surprised that the state of KY was not more prepared for it. I used to have permanent seats at Charlotte on the start finish line and loved to go. The last 3 or 4 years I had them I had to work during race weekends and had to try and find someone to take them or buy them...that was a pain...then Earnhardt died it was not as fun as it used to be....but...I'd like to take Ethan to a race...he would love it.....I am sure I would too :rotfl2:

We've had Busch cup races there and did not have the problem. But, there were many first time NASCAR fans who weren't ready for it. But, there is still no excuse. If you are hosting a professional event, then you need to be ready.
