DW is starting a new job tomorrow (Sat). I'm excited for her. She'll be working at a jewelry store, which is her thing (she used to own a jewelry store when we first met, but due to the rising cost of gold, she closed it). Plus, it'll get her our to the house, which she really needs.

It's weird, she'll be working from 12-10 everyday (I believe she gets two Sundays off a month), but it's considered part time (she'll even be making less than me....when I was at my old job).

But hopefully, it won't be a long term gig.

We gave our kids the cruise this past year as their big christmas present. Since our DD didn't really read well at that point we had to opt for a more visual way of telling them. We printed out a picture of the dream as an 8x10 and glued it to some paper board (I cut of the side of a cereal box). Then we cut the puzzle into a 10 piece puzzle. I hid the puzzle pieces as part of a scavenger hunt. After the kids did the scavenger hunt they put the puzzle together.

(Though, as your nemesis, a part of me wonders if this is a trap...)

Long night...and a long day for East Coast Law Enforcement yesterday, all of us were distracted by the reports of shots fired at VA TECH, something in the water around Blacksburg]

My prayers go out to all law enforcement who deal with these type of safety matters.

No. The building was pretty standard Disney resort. The studio room was close to the size of OKW, but more spacious than BLT or AKV studios.

Our whole corporate HQ has a meeting this afternoon and I see a big refrigerated truck outside. Methinks we're all getting turkeys (again) and then being given the rest of the day off. Woo hoo!!
